   • processing of complaints,
   • Implementation of obligations under the law, in particular tax and accounting,
   • investigation or defense against claims.

   • Invoice data, including TIN, if applicable,
   • data contained in correspondence addressed to the Administrator.

§3 Legal grounds for data processing

1. Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO - For the purpose of concluding and performing the contract,
2. Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO - in order to fulfill the Administrator's legal obligations,
3. Article 6(1)(f) RODO - in order to realize the legitimate interests of the Administrator, such as contacting the customer, handling complaints and investigating or defending against claims,
4. Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO - if the processing is carried out on the basis of consent, in particular with regard to additional cookies to which the User has consented.

§4 Recipients of data

1. Personal data may be transferred to entities cooperating with the Administrator only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, in particular:
   • courier and transportation companies,
   • hosting and IT service providers,
   • To entities providing accounting or legal services, if necessary.
2. Data is not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

§5 Data storage period

1. Data related to the execution of the order will be stored for the period necessary for the execution of the contract, and thereafter for the time required by law and for the period necessary to assert or defend against claims.
2. The data contained in the correspondence or contact form will be kept for the period necessary to respond and further service the case, and if necessary, for the period of the statute of limitations for claims.
