We care about the highest quality of our furniture and customer satisfaction. However, if the ordered product does not meet your expectations or is defective, you can exercise your right to return or file a complaint.
Return of goods (withdrawal from the contract)
In accordance with the Law of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded remotely within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of return:

In the body, state:
order number,
name,
withdrawal statement.
After receiving the confirmation, send the goods to the following address: DAVHON Furniture Pamela Ponitka, Gajowa 2F, 56-500 Syców
Terms of return
The product must not bear signs of use beyond normal inspection.
Furniture should be properly protected for transport, preferably in its original packaging.
The customer shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Return of funds
Refunds will be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods or confirmation of shipment.
The refund will be made by the same payment method used to make the purchase, unless the customer agrees to another form.
The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.
Complaints (warranty)
If the product received is damaged, has a defect or does not comply with the order, the customer has the right to file a complaint.
To make a claim:

Specify:
order number,
problem description,
Photos of the product and damage (if possible).
The seller will consider the complaint within 14 days of receipt.
If a complaint is accepted, the customer has the right to:
product repair,
replacement with a new one,
price reduction,
withdraw from the contract (refund) if the defect is material.
Products excluded from the right of return
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of:
furniture made to individual customer order (e.g. choice of dimensions, fabric, color, configuration),
Personalized products according to customer guidelines.
