Warranty and conditions of use of furniture

This document sets out the warranty terms and conditions for the proper use of the products offered in the online store www.davhonmeble.pl.

All products offered in our store are guaranteed for a period of 2 years From the date of release of the product to the Buyer.
The warranty covers defects resulting from causes inherent in the sold product, revealed during the warranty period during proper use, consistent with the intended use of the product.

Upholstered furniture includes, in particular, sofas, corner sofas, armchairs and upholstered and continental beds.

Upholstered furniture should be used according to its intended use, only in a domestic environment, in dry, closed and ventilated rooms.
Upholstered furniture should not be exposed to excessive loads, point loads, jumping, standing or sitting on items not designed for it, exposure to moisture, water or other liquids, prolonged exposure to sunlight, and direct proximity to heat sources such as radiators, stoves or fireplaces.
Upholstered furniture should be used and cared for taking into account the properties of the materials from which it is made.
In the course of normal use, natural phenomena may occur, such as wrinkling of the fabric, pilling, changes in softness, deformation due to use, and, in the case of velour or plush fabrics, also shading, change in the arrangement of the hair and differences in color perception depending on the light and angle of view. These phenomena are natural and do not constitute a defect in the product.
Furniture should be cleaned and maintained with agents designed for the type of material, according to the manufacturer's recommendations. Do not use caustic agents, bleaching agents, agents containing solvents or agents that may damage the surface of the material.
The user should periodically inspect the condition of the furniture and mounting components and tighten the connections as necessary, if the design of the product requires it.

Mattresses should be used in accordance with their intended use and recommendations for their operation.
The mattress should be used on a properly selected base or frame, ensuring proper support and ventilation of the product.
Do not allow the mattress to become damp for long periods of time or store it in conditions that can lead to deformation or deterioration of its performance.
During normal use of the mattress, there may be natural changes due to the use of materials, including the gradual adaptation of the surface to the user's body. These phenomena, as long as they are within the limits of normal use, do not constitute a product defect.
In order to preserve the performance characteristics, it is recommended to regularly air the mattress and rotate it, if the design of the product allows it.

The warranty does not cover damage and defects caused, in particular, by the use of the product contrary to its intended use, improper installation, improper care or maintenance, mechanical damage, dirt, abrasions, cuts, tears, burns and inundations, the action of animals, excessive or spot loads, self-repair, alteration or interference with the structure of the product, the action of moisture, high temperature, intense sunlight or other external factors, natural wear and tear of the product resulting from normal operation and the natural characteristics of materials and components inherent in the type of product.
